MARPLA admin

Restricted service-wide user administration.

Quick start

  1. 1Sign in with an email from the server-side MARPLA administrator allowlist, then open Admin from the sidebar or header. Admin opens inside the main service, so the sidebar remains available.
  2. 2Review the totals for users, today's registrations, today's logins and active sessions.
  3. 3Use search and the event filter to find a registration or login by name, email, IP address or device.

Separate system access

Admin opens as a regular MARPLA section with the sidebar preserved, while its data remains protected on the server by MARPLA_ADMIN_EMAILS. Workspace owner, game owner and game administrator roles do not grant access. Ordinary users do not see the section and the journal API refuses access. The allowlist lives only in hosting settings, not in the interface or client code.

Registration and login journal

Registration and session creation are written to a separate append-only journal. For existing accounts, MARPLA safely backfills user and current-session records without duplicates. Each row shows Europe/Lisbon time, event type, user, sign-in method, IP, a readable device label and session state. The full User-Agent is available only to the administrator on hover. Signing out or session expiry changes the state but does not remove the journal event.

Personal data and search

Email, IP and device data are used only for security and sign-in support. They are available only to system administrators and never enter game teams, the public marketplace or investor links. Search runs on the server, results are limited to forty rows per page, and the page is marked no-index.
